St. Brigid's G.N.S. 'Active Schools' Committee.

 

Members:

Our committee has girls from 1st class to 6th class. Our Active members are:

Holly and Libby - 6th Class, Ms. Cooney

 

Laya and Ayla - 5th Class, Ms. O'Connell

Zoe and Annliz - 5th Class, Ms. Russell

 

Abbie and Teagan  - 4th Class, Ms. Delaney

Poppy and Gigi - 4th Class, Mr. Glynn

 

Connie and Ella - 3rd Class, Mr. Fitzpatrick

Ayla and Méabh - 3rd Class, Ms. O'Sullivan

 

Megan and Leia Keelin - 2nd Class, Ms. Baxter

Role:

The role of the 'Active Schools' Committee is to encourage all the girls in St. Brigid's G.N.S. to stay Active.

​

Aim:

They provide playground games for the girls to enjoy during the big break and come up with Active ideas throughout the year. The Active Committee also think of the playground game of the month each month. 

​

Meetings:

Meetings are held fortnightly.

• Active Schools Notice board in the hall and on the corridor

Elections:

Each class decided on the members of the committee in their own way.
